About Mindful For Life – Meditation and Movement Class
Mark and Diana are both Mindfulness and Meditation teachers trained to Advanced level in the Zen School.
Their intention is to guide you in developing Mindfulness and find stillness within. Giving you the opportunity to transform your way of being and connect with your true nature. Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience in how Mindfulness can benefit all areas of our lives.
Mindful for life – offer caring and compassionate training, and work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life. They are experienced in helping those who are dealing with physical, mental and emotional issues, impacting their health and wellbeing, and those around them.
They also train and support those who simply wish to live in the present moment, whether it is to improve their quality of life, relationships, productivity or find that improved ‘match day’ focus.
